I am writing to request access to available cellphones users’ data for data science applications. I kindly request access to the following metrics, as detailed as possible

Network Subscriber Statistics: number of cellphone users in the Philippines, segmented by mobile network operators. May include the total number of subscribers, market share percentages, and growth trends over time. 
Service Usage Data: e.g. average call duration, text messages sent, data usage volumes
Roaming Data: users engaged in international roaming service
