Requesting your good office to send me a copy of my Income Tax return for the date period specify above. I will use this im my housing loan.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 24, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for an Income tax return.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. You may, however, request a copy of BIR form 2316 from your previous employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made. 

Furthermore, ITR for CY 2021 has yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year, hence, we can not provide you the same.
