Good day! My name is Maricar Anne G. Augusto and I am requesting from your good office to change my RDO address from 077-074 and I already sent my 1905 form thru the email of RDO 77 Bacolod. This is one of my requirements for my employment. Thank you and God bless!

We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

In this regard, we would like to advise you to visit the Revenue District Office and file the BIR Form 1905, and have it stamped as received. Please bring any two of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity for validation purposes.
