Good day as per Department of Budget and Management suggestion regarding my request with ticket #DBM-609026309478, I just want to seek information regarding our Health Emergency Allowance (HEA) as of this day JuLy 28, 2023 I only received 5,695.00 as per 1month HEA dated July 25, 2023. We seek help from your department to force Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) to release our HEA from 2021. Everyone of us hoping to finally received this government cash assistance. We are looking forward for your help with this matter. Thank you so much and godbless.

Answer: Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC)

Answer: Building Attendant (housekeeping) 2020 - ward 15 covid ward
2021-2022 - ward 10 covid ward
2023 - ward 16 Pulmonary

3.  Did the facility submit the documentary requirements for Health Emergency Allowance (HEA). If so, which DOH office did they submit the requirements to?
Answer: As far as we know VMMC submitted documentary requirements for HEA. We didnt not know the exact DOH office they submit the required documents but VMMC is located at Quezon City.

Good day Maam/Sir,
As per your suggestion, I'd try calling all the telephone number you gave to me to be able to follow up my HEA claims, but unfortunately no one answer my call I'd try many times, It will ring and then it hang after a minute of calling I do it again and again to all contact number you gave. I already call all the number but it all same at first its ring then after that I can't contact the number. Please help us with this matter. All of us just asking to give what is for us, please every one of us hoping for this. Thank you so much and we hope that you can help us with this matter, it is a big help for us who's minimum wages earner.
