Good day! I am currently doing a research paper on AEFI surveillance in the Philippines. I would like to request the following data for research purposes:
1. an itemized list of all AEFi cases reported from 2012 to 2022 indicating the age & gender of the vaccine recipient, the date of vaccination, the vaccine received, the start date of the event/symptom onset, the date the event was reported and date of follow up reports, the AEFI diagnosis, the causality assessment and where the report was from or where it occurred.
