Good day po,

I am a seafarer who is supposed to board the vessel on the first week of August. Unfortunately, I cannot find any slot for the Yellow Fever vaccine on the provided link to make an appointment. Minute by minute, I constantly check the site for the availability of schedule, but I have not been able to find one (BOQ NCR/ Tuguegarao). 

Hopefully, my concern will be responded promptly, considering my situation. Thank you and God Bless!

Response to Request

Kindly coordinate directly with the Bureau of Quarantine for this request. Due to the large number of applicants booking for an appointment, slots run out fast. Kindly wait for slots to open up. We open slots for Yellow fever Multiple dose in NCR MANILA MAIN OFFICE from Mon to Fri, between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
