Hi, I am writing to urgently follow up on my Vaxcert booster update request (Request ID: 1994757). As an OFW, I am scheduled to leave on the second week of August. It has been almost a month since I submitted my request, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails and attempting to contact your office through phone calls, I havent receive any response or see progress on my request. I kindly request your immediate assistance in updating my Vaxcert ASAP. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to receiving a positive response at the earliest convenience.

Your FOI request is approved.
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Rest-assured that we've already coordinated with Agent 162 from the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. Please expect a call or an e-mail from them, if none, kindly call them back through the number above.
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
