Hi,

I would like to request some guidelines on how we can apply for long term visa for my husband and in-laws while outside the Philippines. Tried asking the visa section staff in Qatar and BI in Sta. Rosa Laguna but they dont seem to know.  Any direct website or email address to communicate?
