Hello, according to the checklist of documentary requirements for request certificate of not the same person,

number 2. signed and sealed court clearance duly issued by the concerned court or agency that issued the order, letter request or warrant of arrest to include the person in the bureau's derogatory list.

the Immigration Officer give a piece of paper indicating that I need to get the certificate of NTSP, upon checking the list of requirements how will I know where to get the requirements number 2 because in the paper coming from the IO it is not indicated there.
