I am writing to appeal the blacklist order of Chinese national Zhang Bo with passport number ED9485691. I am representing him as his legal counsel, and I would like to request the lifting of his blacklist order based on the following grounds:
1. Zhang Bo will secure a proper working visa and follow legal ways in the Philippines.
2. A new company, ZWM, located in Quezon City, will apply for his new 9g work visa.
3. Zhang Bo promises to comply with all Philippine laws and regulations related to his employment.
We hope that you will consider our appeal
