Hello.
I am writing for the follow up in regards with my application for RA 9225. I have filed the said application at the main office last July 9, 2015 & would like to know the status of my application. Purpose for this request is requirement for procuring a Philippine passport from the Dept. of Foreign affairs. A picture or screenshot of the document would be much appreciated.
