Hi. In my case I'm OFW, I just arrived last December 27, 2023 and I scanned my passport in E-gate. I want to know what to do if the arrival sticker is lost and it is not affixed to the passport immediately? Will there be a problem if the immigration officer did not find an arrival sticker in my passport? I'm going back to United Arab Emirates on February 2, 2024.

You asked for Arrival Sticker not affixed to my passport.

You may apply for the restamping of your latest arrival at BI Main Office Intramuros Manila. 

Bring your passport and proof of your latest arrival for assessment. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ird@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
