Hello, good day!

May I ask what are the requirements that I need to present/bring for our upcoming trip outside the country? This is the first time po of our yaya to travel abroad. Thank you.

This is just a 9 day vacation :)

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of DOJ IACAT Revised Guidelines on Departure Formalities on International Bound Passengers of the information you requested.

Kindly refer to the attached guidelines for the documentary requirements needed for travel. 

Your right to request a review
