Thank you for your request dated Jan 26, 2023 09:55:57 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked lifting of BLO of Ms. VONG THI MY DUYEN.

We advice filing of a Petition for lifting of Blacklist (BL), said Petition shall (i) state the Petitioners name, his/her known aliases, if any, and present address (ii) state the grounds for Lifting BL, with evidences; (iv) specify the reference no. of the derogatory Order; and (iv) show proof of payment of the fees prescribed.  Once a Lifting Blacklist Order was issued, he/she may be allowed to return to the Philippines.
