hi good day maam/sir 
i have request to have my  travel records bound to KSA, i apply a job bound to hongkong and the agency need my old passport but i dont have because when i was renewed my passport the staff from dfa"novaliches"branch took it from me so i dont have any proof that i was work in KSA

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally apply at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information and can only be disclosed to the owner of the data, authorized representative with Special Power of Attorney or with court order.  This is in compliance to Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.”

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner JAIME H. MORENTE and send it to Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
