NANTES 11:02 AM, Feb 10, 2020

Hello good morning.

I have a cousin who is a US citizen staying in the country now for a vacation. Upon arrival last June 2019, he was given 1 year to stay in the country. He is planning to extend his stay on the country. What are the requirements, process, and where can we apply his extension? He is now living with us in Leyte.

I am hoping for your reply on this matter since we are planning to apply his extension on April to anticipate for the expiration of his approved stay. Thank you very much.
