We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from ONLINE APPOINTMENT AT THE MAIN OFFICE: http://e-services.immigration.gov.ph/. Please consider that there are limited slots in compliance to the required social distancing. Further, we would need for you to personally file and request for your travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order. Thus, you may seek assistance of BI Accredited Agents in order to address the challenge of online appointment.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
