If incase an immigration officer interrogates and asks personal questions, wants to go through your phone and doubts or slanders you. What are the parameters and criteria of their policy? What is legal and illegal, can I sue the officer for this?

May I know the process of sending an affidavit to your commissioner?
I asked beforehand, nothing happened yet but as I've seen here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/875483262486017
I would appreciate it more if you investigate these reports.

I would like to know the criteria and if I have the right to sue an Immigration officer for abuse of power.
