I would like to know what to do ? I forgot to get the ticket for my pasaport when i arrive im the philippines last Dec 6 2023

Thank you for your request dated Jan 01, 2024 06:00:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Forgot to get passport ticket on arrival.

If you are referring to your arrival sticker, you may proceed at Bureau of Immigration Main Office room 308 - IRD to apply for a failed to stamp. Kindly bring your passport and proof of your travel. If via representative, SPA and valid ID of representative is required. 

Your FOI request is approved. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ird@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
