Hi  Good Morning,

I would to request information in behalf of my stepdad. He was black listed 5 years ago due to overstaying. I would like to know if it is already lifted. We would like to know so we can take care of him for a short time he is now ill and alone in Australia. His name is Eelko Hans Feenstra birth date April 28, 1945.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would like to inform that your query is subject to Dat Privacy Act of 2012 and you need to apply for the derogatory check of the subject at BI Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.  You can also check with the BI Official Website for the process in applying certificate.
