Your Request

You asked for EXCLUSION case.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Based on the attached summary of Derogatory Order enclosed in your request, it seems that the Blacklist Order issued to your spouse has been lifted. You may secure a copy of the Order at the Derogatory Section of the Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive Intramuros, Manila. 

Considering that his Blacklist has been lifted, he can travel back to the Philippines. He may present during inspection, the copy of the Order Lifting his BLO and marriage certificate, if necessary,  as proof his marriage to a Filipino National. Please do note however, that he will still be subjected to arrival formalities. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
