I am Noemi Tolentino Castro holding passport No P8656846B, having valid visa and flight ticket with itenary. I wish to visit Sri Lanka in October 2nd 2022. I want to know whether i am able to visit Sri Lanka as a normal tourist though it put in alert level 2 on July 26th.
