Good day! 
1) I would like to know how I can follow up with the current status of my visa downgrading process, it has been over a month since I filed the application, but until now, I still haven't received the Order to Leave yet. Is there any website to check the progress, or which phone number in particular I can call? (Already tried the BI main office, no answer)

2) Is there a time frame as to how long the visa downgrading process should take (for example, two weeks or one month.....?), so that it will be easier to plan for departure in advance?.
