Hi! I am planning to apply for new Filipino passport (my current passport is Pakistani. I have my identification certificate #040884 but I lost the order of approval and oath of allegiance document which are required for passport application. Can you please help me acquire those, I am currently in the UAE and cannot fly to the Philippines. Thank you very much.
