Hi,
I would like to request if there's any other documents needed aside from Affidavit of Support and Guarantee for my incoming travel this August 7, 2023. I am a freelance Architectural Design Consultant and travelling with my Business Affiliate to attend a conference in Guyana.
This Trip is a private sector invitation from Guyana for a 3 month conference and seminar/ workshop about lumber industry. One of my Client is the President of the Guyana Manufacturing and Services Association. Rafeek Khan and he was the one who organize my incoming trip.

Hi Thank you for accepting the request, I also wanted to know if the immigration officers at the airport is accepting pdf scanned copy of AOS because the receiving of the physical authenticated document will be delayed due to the typhoon falcon and the bad weather.

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of the DOJ IACAT Revised Guidelines on Departure Formalities on International Bound Passengers of the information you requested.
Please note that Affidavit of Support and Undertaking is a required document for sponsored travel and it must be duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate. Kindly refer to the attached guidelines for the other necessary documents needed for travel. Immigration Officers refer to these guidelines in the assessment of passengers during departure.
Your right to request a review
