FILIPINO DEPENDENTS WITH IMMEDIATE FAMILY ABROAD / Proclamation Exempts

Requested from BI by G. Tiago at 11:45 AM on Oct 14, 2020.
Purpose: Request for an expedited appointment / Hoping to attend Elementary School
Date of Coverage: 10/13/2020 - 10/13/2020
Tracking no: #BI-014434473997

Tiago 11:45 AM, Oct 14, 2020

Good day!

My son and I are applying for J2 Visa. My wife, J1 Visa Holder, is in Vallejo, California, USA as an Elementary School Teacher since August 2019. Because of that, I believe we are under the list of Presidential Proclamation 10052 Exemptions.

We received our DS2019 Forms last August 2020 and applied for a visa interview. January 8, 2021, is the earliest appointment I got.

My wife has even enrolled our son in the school that she's working at hoping that he could join his class too, the soonest.

We hope for an expedited appointment. Thank you.

Sincerely yours,
Gilbert C. Tiago
