Thank you for your request dated Jan 27, 2023 01:53:47 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for the lifting of LIAO TZU-JUI in the BI's BL.
We advice filing of a Petition for lifting of Blacklist (BL), said Petition shall (i) state the Petitioners name, his/her known aliases, if any, and present address (ii) state the grounds for Lifting BL, with evidences; (iv) specify the reference no. of the derogatory Order; and (iv) show proof of payment of the fees prescribed.
