Hi i need help po regarding the arrival sticker. I had no idea po kasi and no one guided me nung pag pass sa immigration thru egates na may sticker pala dapat na kunin. Paano po kaya ako makakapag patatak nun please? Thank you po

Your request for the proper procedure for the lost e-gate sticker.


We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.   Nevertheless, you can proceed to Immigration Regulation Division in Bureau of Immigration Main Office Intramuros, Manila, to confirm your arrival and appropriately apply for Failed to Stamp.  Documentary requirements are available in this link: https://immigration.gov.ph/services/others/failed-to-stamp-encoded

Your right to request a review
