Offloading policy for Filipinos travelling abroad

Hi! I would like to know the offloading policy for Filipinos who wish to travel abroad. I plan to travel abroad soon for a visit/leisure and plan to go back to the Philippines since I have work here.

However, last 2018, I went to Thailand as a tourist but eventually worked there. I have had a non-immigrant visa. I stayed there for about a year and went back to the Philippines last May 2019.

What should I do be able to travel again and avoid being offloaded? This would be helpful for those who have the same case as mine. Thanks!
