Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to request for a Certification of Travel for Jubyna C. Cascolan, a US Citizen travelling to the Philippines. Jubyna C. Cascolan is daughter of Rufino Cascolan and Arsenia C. Cascolan . This is to verify wether Jubyna C. Cascolan have Travel Records in the year 1992. We will use this Certification as evidence to nullify a document (Waiver of Rights to Real Property) used in transferring a Tax Declaration under the name of our uncle, Nestor Colet in Assessor's Office Pidigan, Abra.
