Dear sirs 


I have noticed that under Executive order 408. Is Ireland citizens allowed to enter the Philippine without visa. But it’s doesn’t mentioned clearly if all type of Ireland passports allowed under this category or only ordinary passport.
As I’m holding Irish travel documents ( travel documents) emergency travel documents 
 issued by Ireland government and valid  for 3 years  could you please confirm if I’m eligible to enter the Philippine without visa.

Your Request

You asked for Ireland travel documents- visa.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Under Executive Order 408, Ireland is included in the list of countries that can enter the Philippines visa-free. However, if a foreign national is a holder of an emergency travel document (i.e. emergency passport),  he/she must secure an entry visa from the Philippine embassy/consulate before traveling to the Philippines. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to BI Commissioner Jaime H. Morente and immigph@gmail.com>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
