Dear Marilou Busto,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 07, 2023 11:18:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Passport No STAMP.

Response to Request

Good day!

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.

If you arrived and was processed using the BI's electronic gates, an arrival stamp will not be necessary. Instead, a sticker is issued by the e-gate, which you will affix in your passport.

However, if your passport was not stamped, you may visit the Immigration Regulation Division at the BI Main Office in Intramuros, Manila to report that your passport was unstamped.

We have attached a copy of the BI's latest Citizen's Charter, which details the processes and timelines for applications.

Kindly prepare the documents under the "Failed to Check/Failed to Stamp" of the Citizen's Charter and submit it to the IRD.

We hope this helped clarify your concern.

Rest assured of our commitment in providing the most efficient, innovative, and effective immigration service.
