Hi! I would like to request the following:

1) The number of offloaded Filipino passengers since the year 2015 up to the present (June 2023)

2) The number of confirmed potential human trafficking victims out of the offloaded Filipinos passengers since the year 2015 up to the present (June 2023)

3) The number of confirmed reports of actual human trafficking victims that were able to go outside of the Philippines since 2015 up to the present (June 2023)

To be clear, I am NOT asking for anyone's identity to be revealed--I am merely asking for the numbers. Thank you.

This refers to the complaint with Ticket Number  BI-166742909690 forwarded
 to the Intelligence Division on 26 July 2023.

We advise that a formal letter addressed to Commissioner should be filed for proper dispostion of this issue.

Please note the information you requested is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which aims: to “ protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Thus, the Bureau could not disclose the subject information to private individual

Further, it is also vital if you could provide some documentary requirements such as but not limited to:

1) Letter request addressed to the Commissioner indicating its purpose;
2) other related document pertaining to the said request.
