Hello po ,extension letter poto beg you to pls help my sis &family about this USA men married to my sister hs 
name :(Christopher Dillon from San Antonio Texas,) I’m begging you bec. My sister was his 3rd wife, he abused my sister for the past 9 years &!now my sister is ( process to divorced him), he threatens my sister to post sex video &photos of my sister &he did this to his 2nd filipina wife too before. my sis told us he abused his 1&2 wife. I hv my sis own wrtten journal abt the abused & it’s very detail.I dnt wnt another filipina to b hs nxt 4th victim pls. Help po .

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 12, 2020 03:31:31 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.


You  Reported someone not to enter permanently in Philippines.

Under BI rules, an action for deportation may be commenced by a verified complaint against any foreigner for grounds provided for or be relevant laws.

The Complaint shall state (1) full name of the complainant and his postal address, (2) name of Respondent, his known aliases if any, his given or last known address, and (3) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offence alleged to be committed. It shall contain as annexes such document and papers that the Complaint as supportive of his/her allegations.

Submit the same to BI- Main Office located at Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila for proper review. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
