Hi good day! I would like to request for the list of blacklisted indian citizens who are banned to visit Philippines. My friend had been threating me since I left Philippines that he went to BI main office found BI agent and had me blacklisted. just because I was not talking to him for long time and left without meeting him. I have been studying in phillippines as pilot. this threating is giving me stress. as I wanna get my papers from flying school...then go back home to my home country. I would like how I can know if my name in blacklisted and I have msgs as proof. I dont had any criminal ev
