Hi! I would like to request information regarding:

1.) The number of foreign students in the Philippines with Special Study Permits from year 2018-present.

2.) Breakdown of foreign students with special study permits from year 2018-present per nationality.

3.) Number of foreign students enrolled in ESL (English as a Second Language) School in the Philippines from year 2010-present. 

4.) Number of foreign students enrolled in ESL from year 2010-present in Manila, Cebu, and Davao City.
