Hi I would like to get information on a person named ZACK PETER KATARIA. He is currently in Davao. 

Is it possible? 

He claims to be working with the police, interpol, doing business here etc.

He is dating a rich friend of mine and im scared she might be scammed.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are not authorized to provide the requested information of the subject foreign national. Existing information consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” 

However, you may send verified complaint to the Bureau's official email immigPH@gmail.com. it will be forwarded to the BI Intelligence Division for investigation.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
