Your request You asked for Current list of persons with hold departure order. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would deny your request for the list of individual with derogatory record. Derogatory records consist of personal information of the owner of data. Thus, it is protected under Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to JAIME H.
