Good day ,

I need an information how can I extend/renew my expire student Visa in INDIA . I am in India because of pandemic. During that time my student visa expired . This is my final year in medicine in order to graduate it is mandatory to finish my clerkship in the Philippines. Please guide me to proceed with the whole process to renew expired student visa .

Moreover, please be informed that all non-immigrant visas (e.g., Pre-arranged Employment Visa, Student Visa, etc.) are deemed cancelled and /or revoked if it expires. Thus, it cannot be used as visa upon entry in the country. Further, it is necessary to DOWNGRADE the same before applying for Conversion to Student Visa by the petitioning school of the student when the applicant is in the country.
