Good day!

I am the lawyer of the complainants who filed a petition for deportation against Sunny Miller. We have filed the petition last August 17, 2021. However, until now, I nor my clients have not received any correspondence regarding the case. I have called the Bureau of Immigration several times yesterday but I have just been asked to call one office to another which is actually quite frustrating. We've just read on the news that he was already arrested. Now, we learned that he is out on bail. We would have wanted to file the necessary documents to file an opposition to his release.

Please be informed  Sunny Miller's deportation case has been forwarded to the Board of Special Inquiry (BSI), you may coordinate and request pertinent documents at the BSI located at the BI- Main Office, 4th Floor, Room 409 or 416, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila with telephone nos. 8-527-276 or 8-527-3397
