Some specific policy questions on some of the foreign nationals here in the Philippines:
How do we treat Indian nationals without papers who lived here since they were young?
Can the children of undocumented workers study in Philippine schools? 
Can a Chinese national w/ irregular work status go to a hospital w/o being deported? 
Did we ever have an amnesty program for illegal nationals?
Has an Exit Clearance certificate required of foreign nationals been used to restrict their freedom of movement? 
How difficult is it to get a Permanent residency permit?
