Your Request

You asked for EXCLUSION ORDER.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for, as we cannot furnish you a copy of the exclusion order. However, if you have filed a request for lifting of the Blacklist Order and such derogatory record of Mr. Gao Ying had been lifted, he can travel back to the Philippines, subject to arrival formalities. He may present a copy of the lifting order and marriage certificate during inspection. 

You may also request a copy of the Lifting of BLO from the Derogatory Section of the Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Kindly present a valid government ID (for the Petitioner) or a Special Power of Attorney, whichever is applicable. 

Your right to request a review
