Dear Bureau of Immigration,
We have a client who was flagged to have an Alert List Order, preventing him from extending his Tourist Visa. We were advised by the Immigration officers at BI Main office to apply for Alert List Order lifting.
However, we weren't given specifics where and how to file the application. Information is not in the Bureau of Immigration website as well.
May I ask information on how to file for the lifting of the Alert List Order :
1. Which BI office to file the application at
2. Timeline of processing
3. Application fees
4. Documentary requirements
Thank you.
