Dear Sir;

I would like to seek information on the prevailing administrative issuance on the manner of release of the certificate of dual citizenship before your office so i could know whether there is a legal alternative wherein the certificate of dual citizenship of my grandfather Wilfredo Abarquez Rabor could be mailed to him or to his representative directly instead of having to personally go to Manila and claim said copies during this times of the Covid pandemic.

Hoping for your prompt response on the matter.

Good day!

Relative to your request with TN#BI122749221476 asking for administrative issuance on the manner of release of Certificate of Dual Citizenship, please be informed that as per verification from our Records Section, no administrative issuance was found on records. However, an inquiry was made directly by the latter to the office of Dual Citizenship and was informed that the manner of release was based pursuant to the provision under the Data Privacy Act.

If you wish to further clarify your concern, you may call the office of RA 9225 (Dual Citizenship) through telephone number 8301-0756 local 458 and 459.
