1. What are the ages that have approved quota visas?
2. How many years of stay in the Philippines for those who have approved quota visas?
3. What visa was handled prior to their quota visa being approved?
4. What business industry do they have for those who have approved quota visas?
5. What citizenship for those who have approved quota visas?
6. How did they get approved?

Thank you for your request dated Nov 17, 2021 12:26:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request for Quota Visa application requirement. 

A CA 613 Sec 13 Quota visa are granted to nationals of countries which have diplomatic relations with the Philippines and grant the Filipinos the same immigration privileges under the principle of reciprocity. For further information, you may view Quota Visa requirements, procedures and Application details via www.immigration.gov.ph. 


If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
