CABAGAN POLICE STATION, MUNICIPALITY OF CABAGAN, ISABELA would like to request your good office a Certification Of Travel Abroad of the following Names, of legal age and both residents of Cabagan Isabela; 

1) Edgar Balacanao Talosig - state of Israel
2) IAN Angobung

the following Subject person are involved in illegal drugs on this municiapality and on the list of PDEA AND PNP DIRECTORY FOR INTELLIGENCE WATCHLIST wherein this office are required to provide said Certification of travel abroad as a justification that the subject persons Traveled Abroad as of this date.
