Hi.. this is to inquire if the lifting of the travel ban for CHED scholars is still in effect today. I have a travel abroad scheduled in January  2024 and I would to ask if I can be allowed to travel.

You asked for Travel ban on CHED scholars.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this portal is not a proper venue for your request.

Please be informed that BI has no jurisdiction over travel ban of CHED local scholars, you may direct your concern at the CHED for further information. 

CHED is located at 55 CP Garcia Ave., Diliman, Quezon City. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
