While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file your application for your travel record certification, present Special Power of Attorney if thru your duly authorized representative or with Court Order. This is in compliance to Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Travel record consist of personal information which are protected under the said law.

Your right to request a review
