You asked for visa status in favor of Mr. Zhangyoukai, Chinese national, who applied for a CA 613 Sec 9(g) working visa.
Please be informed that "VISA APPROVAL VERIFICATION" may be viewed and downloadable at www.immigration.gov.ph
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

First of all thanks for your reply。
But my question is currently unanswered。
The reply let me go to BI's website to check..and query...
But the function of visa query and verification on bi's website is very imperfect. Manual query cannot confirm whether the application ID matches the applicant's information. And the automatic query does not contain the information that is manually verified. This is very inconvenient. . .
The problem I encountered is that manual query shows the application id but does not display the applicant information, and the automatic query does not have any information. .
I have submitted query information and emails through facebook messenger and gmail to BI, but there is no reply so far.
Is this request offensive?
