I would like to request a detailed information on how to get and entry exemption for foreign spouses of Filipino cetizens not traveling with the them.

My husband has a valid  9a visa..

I emailed every agency to ask for entry exemption but no one replied to me.

A lot of us also wants to know how to get an entry exemption for foreign spouse.
